Push notifications on Android

Tell Android users about your replies with Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Upload your Firebase key

  1. 1In the Firebase console, go to Project settings → Service accounts → Generate new private key.
  2. 2In Chatslane, go to Apps → your app → "Platforms".
  3. 3Click "Choose the .json key file", then "Upload key". The status changes to Configured.

Tip: Make sure Android is ticked under "Platforms" before you run the setup prompt, so it includes push.
