Connect a bot

1. 1In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and pick a username that ends in "bot".
2. 2Go to Channels, paste the bot token and click "Connect".
3. 3Open your bot and press Start, or add it to a group. Send the /link code shown in the dashboard (valid for 15 minutes).

Using it

Reply to a forwarded message in Telegram, with text or a photo. Use the "Forwarding" switch to pause it, and "Send test message" to check it works.

Chats answered automatically from an FAQ aren't forwarded. Only owners and admins can connect Telegram.
